Coaching is not a registered trademark or an education. Coaching differs from therapy in several ways. It is usually a short or medium-term intervention and aimed at clarification or change support. We start where you are and that you have all the resources to deal with your situation.

Anyone can call themselves a coach. Ideally, when choosing a coach, you should choose someone who combines life and work experience with a solid education. It is even more important to find a coach whose approach, attitude and values suit you. An experienced coach, like you, will look for the right "chemistry" and will be open to you if he or she thinks his / her approach does not suit you.
